I Know What Home Is Really For.

It’s more than square footage, finishes, or a piece of land. It’s where your children grow up, where animals are cared for, where ordinary days become the memories you keep—and where the life you’re building takes shape.

I’ve spent more than a decade helping people buy and sell homes across the Pacific Northwest, but my approach has always been rooted in something simpler: listening well, telling the truth, and helping people make decisions that actually fit the life they want to live.

If you’re here, chances are your property—or the one you’re searching for—isn’t ordinary.

Maybe it’s land that has held your family’s life for years. Maybe it’s the place where the horses come home at dusk, the garden gets bigger every spring, or the next chapter is only beginning to take shape.

Either way, you want someone who understands that the details matter because the life behind them matters.

A Little About Me

I’ve Never Believed Home Is Just a Transaction.

I grew up around real estate. I’m a third-generation real estate professional, and I’ve spent more than a decade helping people navigate buying, selling, land, acreage, wells, septic systems, outbuildings, and all the complicated details that come with rural properties.

But experience has taught me that the property itself is only part of the story.

People aren’t really buying bedrooms and bathrooms. They’re choosing where their children will grow up. Where the horses will stand at the fence at dinner time. Where holidays will happen, gardens will be planted, friends will gather, and ordinary Tuesday mornings will become part of a life they’ll someday look back on.

That’s why I approach real estate differently. My job isn’t to convince you to buy or sell something. It’s to help you think clearly, understand what you’re walking into, and make a decision that genuinely fits the life you’re trying to build.

I Know What a Place Can Hold.

Because a property is never just the property.

You know what your property is worth to you.
My job is to help the right buyer understand why.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE PERSPECTIVE

Third-generation real estate.

I grew up around this business and have spent more than a decade inside it—through changing markets, complicated properties, hard decisions, and the moments people remember long after closing.

Some things can be learned.
Others have to be lived.

Eight generations of rural roots.

Farming, ranching, horses, land, and livestock aren’t a niche I chose for marketing. They’re part of the life I come from—and the life I still live.

A life built around home.

I’m a mother, a homeowner, a homesteader, and someone who understands how much life can be tied to a place. I don’t forget that when I’m trusted with yours.

You’ll Always

Know Where I Stand.

I’ll Tell You What I see.

The good, the complicated, and the things worth looking at twice. You deserve enough information to make a decision you can feel confident about.

You Call The Shots.

I’ll give you the information, ask the questions, and tell you what I think. But the decision is always yours. My job is to help you make it with clarity—not make it for you.

Your picture is the one I’ll keep in mind.

The horses. The garden. The commute. The reason you’re moving in the first place. Every decision comes back to the life you’re trying to build—and whether this one truly fits.
